COVID-19 UPDATE
We are still shipping as normal but delivery may be delayed to due carrier restrictions (more likely in the case of cross-border orders). Please allow for extra time for your shipment to arrive.
Our EU shipments are all shipped from our warehouse in Czech Republic. Orders received before 11am will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders after 11am will be dispatched on the following working day.
DELIVERY TIME
Our estimated delivery times for our European customers depend on the end location of our customers. Each order is sent with insurance and tracking services.
*Switzerland and Norway are not part of the European Union and shipments could be subject to additional checks when entering the country
We can only ship to countries within the EU and EEA region. Please reach out to us if you require any additional support outside of these territories.
CUSTOMS
If applicable, all customs, duties and import charges levied are the responsibility of the purchase. We cannot take any responsibility for any products held by customs or border officials.
